Here are the simple and easy method to mix and bake your cookies ingredients
Preparing Your Cookie Dough
Mix Group A ingredients
- 250 gm Butter
- 1 cup brown sugar (230 gm)
- 1 tsp vanilla essence
- 1 egg
Mix Group B ingredients
- 21/2 cup of plain flour (345 gm)
- ½ cup corn flour (115 gm)
- 1 teaspoon of baking soda
- 5 teaspoon of vegetable oil
Mix Group A & Group B well
Then Add 2 cups of chocolate chips and blended/grinded almond nuts (optional)
Refrigerate for 30 minutes or more
Getting ready to bake your cookies
Refrigerating the cookie dough is to ensure that the whole dough is to stabilise all the ingredients temperature, preventing cookie spreading and enhance the taste of the cookies, when baked.
To bake, Roll the dough into small balls, about the size of a teaspoon, space out the balls on the baking pan. You can either butter the pan or use baking paper to bake.
Bake at 170 degree celcius for 20 minutes till golden brown. Take out and let the cookies cool.
